CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. However, out of respect for our time and other clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to show up, you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee based on the total cost of the scheduled service(s). This fee helps cover the time and preparation reserved specifically for you. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best experience for all of our clients.
